Privacy Policy

We're Wren Pages, a small web studio. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect on this website and what we do with it. Short version: we only collect what we need to reply to you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

When you request a free website audit, our form asks for:

• Your name
• Your business name
• A link to your current website or online page (or "none")
• Your email address
• An optional message about what you'd like help with

The form also records where you came from (for example, an Instagram or Facebook link tag) so we know which of our posts are helping people find us. It includes a hidden anti-spam field that real visitors leave empty.

Why we collect it

We use this information to:

• reply to your request, and
• prepare and send you your audit.

If you ask us to, we'll also use it to talk about a project with you. We won't add you to a newsletter or mailing list unless you ask to join.

We don't sell or share your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers. The only outside services that touch it are the ones below, which help us run the site.

Services we use

• Form processing. Form submissions are delivered to us through a third-party form service (e.g., Web3Forms), which passes your details to our inbox.
• Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other websites.
• Email. We read and answer messages in our email inbox (wrenpages.studio@gmail.com).

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep audit requests for up to 12 months after our last conversation, so we can pick things up if you come back. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as we need them to support your site and meet our legal and tax obligations. After that, we delete them.

Your choices: access and deletion

You can ask us at any time to:

• show you the information we hold about you,
• correct it, or
• delete it.

Just email wrenpages.studio@gmail.com. We'll reply within 30 days, and we won't charge you for it.

California residents (CCPA)

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to ask us to delete or correct it, and to not be treated differently for using these rights. We don't sell or "share" personal information as California law defines those terms. To make a request, email wrenpages.studio@gmail.com.

Children

This website is meant for business owners. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us their details, email us and we'll delete them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll also say so clearly on the site.
